Consultation

What to check in any consultation

Ask us, or ask another clinic. The judgement is yours either way.

01

Where the cells are processed

Ask whether processing happens inside the hospital or at an outside facility. Transit time and temperature control differ.

02

Whether the cells are counted

Ask whether the number of isolated cells is counted and reported, and whether you can see that figure before treatment.

03

Who harvests

Cell quality is decided at harvesting. Ask whether the operating surgeon harvests the tissue personally.

04

Whether the limits are explained

See whether the consultation covers limits and possible side effects, not only the expected change. That answer tells you a great deal.

FAQ

Questions before visiting

Do I need an appointment?

Treatment consultations run by appointment. Booking ahead is recommended, by phone or through the messaging channels listed above.

Can the consultation be held in English?

Yes, consultations for international patients are arranged in English. Support in other languages depends on the date, so please confirm when you enquire.

Can harvesting and treatment happen on the same visit?

Harvesting, isolation and treatment happen on the same day, so the treatment itself is one visit. Consultation, pre-treatment tests and follow-up are separate visits, and the schedule is confirmed at consultation.

What should I bring?

Bring details of any existing condition, current medication and past surgery, along with recent test results if you have them. Blood thinning medication in particular must be disclosed in advance.

Are treatment fees available in English?

The published fee table is currently in Korean. Fees for your specific plan are quoted during consultation, and can be sent in English through the messaging channels above before you travel.

Cells do not wait

Start by checking the condition of your cells today. The lab director reviews whether harvesting is possible and what cell yield you can expect.
